    I offer yoga and somatic coaching online to help you reconnect with your body, release stored stress, and support emotional healing. Somatic therapy is based on the understanding that the body holds experiences such as trauma, anxiety, and chronic tension. Through gentle yoga practices, breathwork, mindfulness, and body-based awareness techniques, you’ll learn how to calm your nervous system, reduce anxiety, and feel more grounded.

    This approach is ideal for individuals who want to:

  • Week 2: Release Stored Stress (gentle movement + journaling)

  • Week 3: Mind-Body Awareness (tracking tension & emotions in the body)

  • Week 4: Restoring Safety in the Body (trauma-sensitive yoga practices)

  • Week 5: Releasing Emotional Blocks (somatic tools + reflection)

  • Week 6: Building Resilience (routines, self-soothing practices)

  • Week 7: Connecting Body + Relationships (boundaries, regulation with others)

  • Week 8: Integration & Future Practices (create a personal toolkit)

  • Short guided videos or audios (5–15 min breath/movement practices).
