My Philosophy

I believe therapy should feel like sitting down with someone who truly sees you — not just your struggles, but also your resilience, your story, and your potential. Many of my clients come to me carrying the weight of anxiety, trauma, grief, or feeling “stuck” in negative self-beliefs. My role is to help you untangle those patterns, reconnect with your strengths, and create space for healing.

I take a collaborative, compassionate, and integrative approach. That means I blend evidence-based therapies like EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) with somatic (body-based) practices, mindfulness, and relational support. Together, we’ll find tools that feel practical and healing — both in session and in your daily life.

Why I Do This Work

Like many people, I’ve experienced times in my own life where the path forward felt unclear. I know what it’s like to want support, guidance, and a place to process without judgment. Becoming a therapist has been my way of creating that space for others — a safe place where you can bring both your pain and your hope.

I am passionate about helping people learn that healing is possible. You don’t have to stay stuck in survival mode. With the right support, your brain and body are capable of profound change.
